Inhotim: Check out the June schedule

In June, Inhotim presents a program that brings together art, nature, education, memory, territory, and public participation. The agenda includes an international seminar, a cultural fair, an educational concert, an online course, long-term exhibitions, and educational activations for different audiences.

Highlights of the month include the International Seminar Transmutar: Transfluências, on June 6 and 7, featuring discussions on biodiversity, cooperation, culture, and more-than-human alliances; Experiência Brumadinho, on June 13, dedicated to celebrating the cultures, traditions, and gastronomy of the municipality; and the Educational Concert Brazilian Pedagogies of Rhythm, on June 28, offering a musical experience centered on Brazilian rhythms.

The program also includes the online course Learning with the Collections: Contemporary Collections and Questions for the Present, aimed at teachers and undergraduate teaching students, with the participation of Diane Lima.

In the galleries and outdoor spaces, long-term exhibitions remain on view, featuring works by Dalton Paula, davi de jesus do nascimento, Lais Myrrha, Edgar Calel, Paulo Nazareth, Grada Kilomba, Luana Vitra, Pipilotti Rist, and Rebeca Carapiá, among others.

Throughout the month, visitors can also take part in the activities of Ateliê Circulante and Conversas sobre o Acervo, with hands-on activities, guided conversations, and encounters that bring visitors closer to Inhotim’s artistic and botanical collections.

Tangará Trail

The Tangará Trail is an approximately 3-km [1.8 mile] route, lasting around 45 minutes, that takes you through a beautiful stretch of preserved forest — all within the Clara Arte property. Perfect for those seeking a moment of calm, fresh air, and immersion in nature, this light and charming trail is an excellent way to start the day in movement and with renewed energy.
